Can't access iTunes connect

Hi everyone, wondering if anyone is having issues with accessing iTunes connect?


I've tried multiple times logging in and I only get the "Getting started" page and when I click on the "Apps" button it leads me to the "Working with iTunes ... Sign up". I've already enrolled as an developer and can't go forward to distributing my app.😕


Any help on this would be appreciated!

How long ago did your activate your developer agreement? Are you outside the US? Which browser on what OS are you using?

I have the same problem.


I was added as an admin to our organization last week. I can log in to the member center just fine and I see myself there as an Admin.


But when I go to iTunes Connect I only see the "Get Started" screen.

You should contact the same person who sent you the invite for the apple developer and ask for the iTunes connect invite as well. Here's the list of roles you can look and ask for. https://itunespartner.apple.com/en/apps/faq/Users%20and%20Roles_Overview


There's a need on that itunes connect site which mentions - if you have any issue with login for itunes connect to speak with the team admin. I was trapped in this infinite loop for a good 30mins!
