Has anyone else experienced problems restoring iPhone from iCloud backup?

I selected my wireless network and put in the password correctly but for the first 5 times it said (after successfully connecting) that a WiFi connection was required to restore from iCloud - even though I could clearly see I was connected

I had a failed restore while I stepped out.


Trying again, but the progress bar is stuck on the far left.
