Hi, I have a doubt about 14.3 details. Apple wrote:"use moderators to flag and remove inappropriate content and offensive users" Concerning this i have added the possibility for the users to report . on click the user will send a report to admin and we will delete abusive users in 24h. "Users need a mechanism to flag objectionable content and report users generating this content" I dont understand this, can u explain it to me pls? "Users need a mechanism to block abusive users" this is a problem for me: I can add a "block post" under the "report post". This should resolve the rewiew quickly? i m going to develop the following sistem wich includes the block user sistem too. This is a huge feature that i will introduce in semptember according to my develop schedule so i really need help to find a temporary solution for the apple rewiew wich isn't a lot of money spent and 2 (more or less) months develop. App pubblication issue
First, Apple rarely responds to posts. I am a developer who faced this issue with an app Carpoolinf: Princeton Ride Share. Second: the issue is what you can do to stop a user from posting offensive comments that other users can't ignore (i.e. can read). App Review may allow you to not have an active moderator but you need to have a convenient way for a user to report an offensive post, a way to remove offensive posts and a way to block future posts from a particular user. You also need to post a policy that explains this.
