clarification on in-app purchase restoration in iOS devices

We are creating an iOS app with non-renewal based in-app purchase.We want to limit the user to restore the purchase to 3 (or 5) devices only. But what is confusing here is that as per apple guidelines we should allow user to restore the purchase in all user's devices.But there are apps available in app store(like Saavn music app) which restrict the restoration to certain number of devices. Could you please clarify whether apple will reject if we restrict the restoration to 3 devices.

I have had success limiting copies to 5 and telling the user that if they need more they can use the 'Contact Us' button in the app. (I have a back door method of crediting subscription time to a user for this purpose.) No user has ever contact me requesting additional copies. App Review accepted this scheme - but that's not a guarantee that they will do the same for you. In one case it required an appeal in which I cited Apple's limit of 5 devices connected to a single laptop's iTunes circa 2010.
