Hi,
I have iPhone 6 and iPad Air now. I've upgraded both devices to iOS 9 beta 1.
On iPad, when I opend Notes.app, app asked me to update notes to enable new features, but I chose "Not Now".
Then in iPhone, I updated notes and completed successfully.
When I came back to iPad and opened Notes.app, app asked me again to update notes so I accepted it this time, but it shows animated loading circle all the time and never completes.
Anyone facing same issue?

I use the Notes app daily too. I upgraded my iPhone 6 to the ios9 beta. Notes prompted me to upgrade, and I did. It gave me a warning that I also needed to upgrade my iPad mini Notes. My mini is still on ios8.4. My Macbook Air has been updated to El Capitan.
Since upgrading on my iPhone6, I haven't been able to open my Notes app. It spins with the animated circle.
I have been searching for a fix....
Just now... while reading your mesage in the forum, I opened Notes on my Macbook Air, and in beta.icloud.com. Then opened on my iPhone6 -- and they started loading!
