I want to publish my app in appstore but it says "The App Name you entered has already been used" in Itunes while giving Appname, i don't want to change my Appname, is there any possibility.

Trust it when it says that name is already taken.
You can change the name from MyApp to MyApp+ or MyApp2 or My-App - I think each of these names are unique, certainly the MyApp2 is unique
