Every time I reboot my iPhone 6 Plus random apps are grey out on the home screen.
If i tap them they change to "waiting" but nothing happens, the only fix I have found is to uninstall/re-install the apps.
Any others seeing this?

I have experieced the same problem. You are right, the only fix I found was to uninstall/re-install the apps.
Same issue here. Only solution for me so far has been doing what @timothyfmcdaniel said - uninstall apps then reinstall apps. Very frustrating. Hoping for a better solution soon...
