I am having this problem since today. Yesterday everything was fine and I haven't made any changes to the code. after calling registerForRemoteNotifications, neither didRegisterForRemoteNotificationsWithDeviceToken nor didFailToRegisterForRemoteNotificationsWithError gets called.
I have diferents applications that were fine, provisioning profile etc. STILL having the exact same problem. Seems like there is some bug on Apple side?
See same thing only on sandbox, production devices work fine.
Notice in apsd logs, that there is ssl handshake failure (-9806)
I think some cert has expired, but who know 😟

Try reinstall app, rebuild app, regenerate certificate both on sandbox and production but nothing.
The problem is on iOS 9.3.1 - iPhone 6S

I'm experiencing the same thing. Yesterday my devices could register with the sandbox APNS, today they cannot. I've raised a call with Apple. Hopefully will find out tomorrow what the issue is.

Unfortunately, our server is configured to use the Sandbox Push Certificate and we release with Development provisioning, so this is affecting our Beta 'production' build.
