I am faced with this problem.
I created, in recent months, a "development" account in order to begin the development of an app, the application associated with this account has the Bundle Id "com.society.appname".
Later we bought a corporate developer account to publish the app in the store, the corporate account uses the same email of previously created development account.
Now we can not create our APP ID inside "Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles" page because the bundle ID already exists. Application is the same and we would like to publish it in the app store.
Inside XCode you can not delete provisioning profile of the old developer accunt and we can not free the bundle ID.
How is it possible to break the deadlock? We need that ID!

Using the same apple id/logon for both accounts may have knotted things. Contact Apple to see if they can help.
