After following the correct procedures to start launching our in house app I get the following message. In House distribution provisioning profiles for this account will be available two weeks after program activation. Why do I have to wait two weeks for this? We really need to launch this app ASAP. Please can someone explain the reason so I can feed back to the business.

it's March 2018 and the problem persist... Also, no reply from Apple...

My account is also experiencing this, after some research, I've found this on stackoverflow.
Someone said:
"Apple manually verifies companies, which enroll for the Enterprise Program. This check can take up to two weeks. This is not documented anywhere, but we found it out after calling the Apple support. If you have very pressing reasons, they might be able to put your company at the top of the review cue."

Two weeks is well known as normal. Good luck rushing the queue.
