We are distributing iOS apps to an Enterprise customer using VPP. If anything wrong happens in a particular version, what is the best way to revert the version. If we have to submit an old version build with a new version apple will take 5-7 days for approval, this will not be acceptable by the customer.
Please suggest if there is any alternate way to revert the version.

If you want to manage your version more quickly and be able to deploy instantly you should use an in house certificate with a solution to deploy your application without going though app store or Apple Validation. You can either develop a small website yourself but you will need to implement all the feature you might need or use an already established MDM or MAM service to create your own enterprise app store and deploy your apps privately.
