Hello,
Since february financial reports layout refresh our Payments and Financial reports don't match Sales.
Difference is big and growing each month.
NO!! There's no fiscal calendar problem!
Any one?!

Apple has never said they should match.
Hi,
I am noticing the same thing now and was wondering what the ultimate outcome was? I have emailed Apple Support and am waiting as well. For myself, it is a difference of nearly $10,000USD.
Just like yourself, I am taking into account the Fiscal Calender and such.
What was your final outcome?
Hi,
I am noticing the same thing now and was wondering if you found the solution.
You may have to play with the date ranges, as there is a difference between fiscal and calendar start-end periods, and possibly with International time zones as well (of the seller vs. buyer vs. bank processor). It's also possible that any given user app buy/download may get recorded on completely different days (perhaps several days apart) between the Sales and Trend system and the Financial reporting system. If there is a difference in time zones and a dependancy on bank payment processing back ends between different banks, then the numbers might never exactly match. It's probably best to only trust the numbers in the Financial reports. I assume the Sales and Trend numbers are only rough estimates a bit on the early side.
Did this ever get resolved? I'm experiencing this at the moment too. Did the missing revenue appear in the next months report? I would love to know. Thanks
Did you ever get a resolution? Did the missing $10K appear in subsequent months? I would love to know, as I'm in a similar boat at the moment.
me too experiencing this at the moment..
Same here, about 10% difference
Hi there. I came across the same questions.
After a few browsing here on the forums and some other websites, I come to the conclusion that:
Apple's monthly fiscal calendar used to generate the financial reports does not match the first and last days of each month.
After some research I found this link for Apple's 2018 fiscal year: https://itunesconnect.apple.com/WebObjects/iTunesConnect.woa/wa/jumpTo?page=fiscalcalendar
You'll see that the 2018 fiscal year started on Oct 31st, 2017 and it ends on Sep 29th, 2018. You'll also see that the fiscal year is splitted into 4 quarters, each one in turn is splitted in 3 periods, totalling 12 periods for the fiscal year. Each of those periods match a "fiscal month" (top-right corner of each period).
So what I did was to constraint the "Sales & Trends" reports date ranges to each "fiscal month" and got much closer numbers for unity sales, dollar sales and so on.
E.g., to check for the "Sales & Trends" numbers for Feb 2018 against Feb 2018 financial report, you'd need to constraint your "Sales & Trends" reports date range from February 4th, 2018 to March 3rd, 2018.
If I may suggest, is that Apple indicates on each monthly financial report what's the start and end date of such report, perhaps right below the total estimated proceeds and total units sold.
Hope that helps.
EDIT1: Another useful link: https://itunespartner.apple.com/en/apps/faq/Sales%20and%20Trends_Reports#60889771
Finally solved it. Please, have a look at Apple's fiscal calendar which is matching with "Payments and Financial Reports"
https://itunesconnect.apple.com/WebObjects/iTunesConnect.woa/wa/jumpTo?page=fiscalcalendar
And then check your proceeds on selected dates in "Sales and trends" section. They almost matched +-3$ diff.
So, everything is calculated right 🙂
