Bluetooth not responding in OSX 10.11 after sleep. Cleared SMC re paired etc. Anyone else having this issue?

Yes, for me it is related with the USB-Problems, listed in the "Known Bugs".

My BT-Card ist connected via USB and is shown as "not installed" in System Profiler.

Workaround for me is to use an USB-BT-Dongle.

Could it relate to this note in the release notes?


On pre-2009 Macs, Bluetooth may sometimes not show up after reboot or wake from sleep. Reboot the system to workaround.
