I am trying to unenroll my iPhone from IOS beta because of a SIM card issue and battery life. Unfortunately my backup prior to beta was on a computer that will not work. Is there any way to unenroll without that backup?

If you downloaded the beta using the configuration profile found on the download section in developer resources, just delete the profile and restore your device to the latest public release using iTunes. If you used iTunes to update to the beta, restore the device without worrying about the profile. You do not need a backup to unenroll.
