Hello,
Since iOS 9, and even after a "reset network settings", I can't get L2TP or PPTP VPNs to last longer than 30 seconds.
They connect without an issue and are working but after 30 seconds or so, no network connectivity is available.
Anyone else noticed this issue?

I am seeing a similar issue on El Capitan.
To give a little more information. I also get other various issues.
Sometimes the VPN connects but not getting any connectivity through the VPN.
Some other time, it won't connect at all, and the only way to get VPN functionality again is to restart the phone.
