Cannot upload build for TestFlight

I cannot seem to get my build uploaded for TestFlight. I have followed many tutorials, and they all end in the same error message.

Here is the check list I go through. Am I missing some key step?

1. My Development and Distribution Certificates are valid.
2. I've made an explicit App ID, com.company.app
3. I've made Distribution Provisioning Profile.
4. In iTunesConnect, the App profile has been made. BundleID is not misspelled. (Do I need to submit the App for review before builds can be added? It is current Yellow with "Prepare for Submission")
5. The build has been successfully archived.

When I attempt to upload to App Store through the Organizer Window, I get this error: http://i.imgur.com/obUAhsf.png. I leave "Include app symbols to receive crash logs" and "include bitcode" checked.

And when I use Application Loader, I get this error: http://i.imgur.com/hVEx85X.png, which seems more helpful. But, like I said, I have that profile http://i.imgur.com/vEhKLd4.png?1.
