I am trying to create a Provisioning Profile for my Apple TV that I registered in my developer account. However, it will not let me select Apple TVs. Instead it only shows my other devices. I was wondering if other people can see if they can recreate this issue? Seems to have been reletively lately this has been happening.
Is that developer account free or paid?
Which version Xcode?
Have you been able to provision and test to your ATV4 in the past?

You don't have an 'account'. Free provisioning is an Xcode feature that only requires an Apple ID.
Support gave you steps for sideloading? What support? AppleCare you mean? Dev Support shouldn't even take your call without a paid account, but if it was them, they most likely gave you device registration instructions that only pertain to a paid account and they told you to come here to get you off the call.
