Feedback.app missing

Hey all,

Since installing the iOS 10 beta on my iPhone 6s Plus I have lost the purple feedback app.

Any idea how I can get it back since it's been really handy to have.

Hi Jrgibson1,

I don't think this is in the beta build at the moment, if you need to report a bug please visit: https://bugreport.apple.com

The release notes do states that By default, the iOS 10.0 beta 1 automatically sends anonymous diagnostic and usage data back to Apple. This includes information about crashes, freezes, kernel panics, and information about how you use Apple and third-party software, hardware, and services. This information is used to help Apple improve the quality and performance of its products and services. You can stop auto submission of diagnostics and usage data by going to Settings > Privacy > Diagnostics and Usage > Don’t Send.

I hope this helps.

Kind Regards

Kean

Kean, the automatic sending of statistics and crash data is not as useful always as the Feedback app. The feedback app is used to manually setup a case/ticket with custom entered (human words) description of an issue or problem you face.

I find that app highly valuable when reporting bugs in mac os x for example.

I’m pretty sure that Feedback.app is only included in Public Beta builds of iOS (not those released to developers).
