How to download profile for iOS 10 to iphone

Which profile are you referring to, please? (For example, Provisioning Profiles, Configraurttion Profile, etc.)

If you are referring to the Configuration Profile:

Please visit https://developer.apple.com/download/ on your iPhone, click the arrow on the right then find Configuration Profile at the top, click download and it should prompt you which device you are using and allow you to install the profile to your iPhone. After this has completed, go to Settings > General > Software Update, and it should give you the option to install iOS 10.
