I am creating one month renewable subscription In-app purchase with 6 months free trial. But I found that there are two options: 7 days and 1 month in free trial duration drop down list.
Does it mean we have no option except for 7 days and 1 month forcedly? If not, is there a way to set up to 6 months free trial duration?

It is much easier with a non-renewing subscription. and how you implement it depends on what you are offering. You can use the app receipt to determine the app purchase date or record something in the user's iCloud key-value file. Then give the user anything you want for 6 months.

As your suggestion, Personally there are 2 packages, which need to setup in app purchase. First, for non-renewing subscription and the seconds for renewable subscription. So my question are:
1. After the non-renewing subscription has expired date, Apple will send a confirmation emai to the user?
2. Also, how to purchase to renewable subscription after free trial? it is able to switch from non-renewing subscription to renewable subscription?
Please give me ideas.

If you insist upon using autorenewable then you just grant the user the first 6 months free and at the end of the free period you shut them off until they purchase the autorenewable subscription that would come with no free trial period. You could give them 5 months free and then offer an autorenewable with a 1st month free.
