Fix re-entering password 10x on login - Keychain access iCloud on El Capitan

I have to keep entering in my password about 10x every time I restart even after authenticating my iCloud keychain access on my devices and Macbook Pro. How do I make sure that the Keychain access works properly so I don't need to enter in my password 10x everytime I restart my MacBook Pro or log-in?

It also says "pending" on my iCloud Keychain on my iPhone.

I tried going back into Settings > iCloud -- but it crashes every single time.

I have also tried going to this locally on my browser, but don't know how to delete the files? file:///Users/<user name>/Library/Application%20Support/iCloud/Accounts/

Did you file a bug report? https://bugreport.apple.com

Will do so, thanks.

It looks like I'll have to file two different bugs, one for iCloud not working on System Preferences (when I can't access it). When I did it didn't work both for iPhone and MacBook...okay so maybe 3 different bugs...

had the same issue and what i have done was first create a new keychain and move all your keys to the new one (had to enter my password for every key) but had one other issue it was constantly asking me for some key like every half hour and the new solution what i've found was create a new user, delete the old one and rely on the icloud keychain and worked, lost some keys but worked pretty good

I had similar problems (only the IMac is on El Capitan, Macbook still with the official version).

Problems got so bad (could not login in some keychain anymore), this morning took the both out of the cloud, reset the Keychain and then reentered in the cloud.

Now the problems are solved.

Running public version now and same issue ocurring. It's going to be a long day to move all of these over to a new keychain.
