New iMessage features fail to send

If I try to send anything containing any of the new iMessage features (stickers, drawings, etc.), the message fails to send. Is this standard for everyone on this build?

Is the recipient running iOS 10 also?

I've successfully sent all forms of new message features to another iOS 10 user, but messages to my sisters (on iOS 9) will fail with the new ones.

Similar here. Definitely from the Watch, whilst it shows up in sent messages on my Message.app on the desktop, the recipient never receives, and the Messages.app hits 100% CPU (more or less) and stays there until I delete the conversation history.

I don't know anyone else running iOS 10, but I would bet that this is the problem. That was my guess, but I saw videos of people sending the new iMessage stuff, and none of them mention that the recepient had to be running iOS 10, so I thought maybe it was just me.

Strange enough, sending messages in iOS 10 to iOS 9 works, but MacOS 10.12 Sierra doesn't - 'not sent'. Don't have other Sierra-computer to test.

I've tried to send certain new features to a other iOS 10 user. Some worked and some failed to send any help on that please.
