IOS 10 beta and disappearing folders

Installed iOS 10 beta on Sprint iPhone 5s. Noticed laggy performance. As well as fuzzy/blurry icons when exiting app or pulling up a folder and closing it out. Went to reduce motion and reduce transparency. When going back to the home screen, the folder that I had opened to get to my settings is no longer visible, but the spot is still being recognized. Tried locking phone, enabling said features again. Only way to restore visibility of folder is powering the phone down and turning it back on.

I think you should report all issues with iOS 10 directly to Apple, so the bugs get fixed in future betas. In that way, we all get a more stable release of iOS 10, when it releases in the fall.

This happened once to me. It was on my third screen. Locking/unlocking and swiping left/right didn't bring it back. Only when I pressed the Home button to go to the first screen and swipe back to the third screen did it reappear. I have yet to see it happen again. So, I can not tell Apple how to recreate the issue.
