I am using iOS 10. My Facebook and a few other apps are not working right. Is there a fix for this
Nope, bcs facebook made there app for IOS 9+, there are updates in ios10 that are not the same as ios9...
And thats the reason why facebook crash sometimes
Please read through the forums too. There is a fairly long thread about this already. 3rd party apps will not get pushed to the App Store with iOS 10 improvements until it's near release.

I usually do not notify devs if their app is crashing in the first two betas. I tend to have a few apps on the first beta crash. Then fewer apps crash on the second beta. Then even fewer on the third beta. After the third beta comes out, I might start giving devs a head up about their app crashing and try to provide as much data as I can. I also try to make tt known I AM running a beta OS and that I have NO expectations of any official support until the OS is officialily released. Occasionally, a dev will add me as a beta tester.
In the past, I have notified a dev of crashing issues only to have to email the dev after the next beta release to say nevermind! :-) In other words, it is best to leave devs alone until at least the third or even the fourth beta release.
