I'm on a 6 Plus. I'm having an odd issue where, when I receive a text message (or iMessage), and I swipe to reply on the lock screen, the power down screen comes up under the Quick Reply screen. This causes the keyboard to be blurred out and unresponsive. I can still tap on the Quick Reply box to bring up my passcode entry screen, and logon straight to the messages app. It doesn't happen every time either. Just randomly. Not a huge issue on a Beta. Just wondering if anyone else is having the same issue.

I'm getting the exactly the same issue on my 6 Plus. I've notice this happens when i have mulitple apps open.
That's interesting. I'll play around with it a little and see if I can get something that I can reproduce consistently.
This has happens to me all the time, sometimes it pops up when I hit the home button as well. running iOS 9 beta on 6 plus.
