I downloaded and updated to iOS 9 Beta and I can't seem to see the NEWS App they are talking about. Did I miss something?

where is the news app in iOS 9 Beta?
In the keynote they said it would launch in the US, UK, Australia. I'm guessing that'll be when iOS 9 goes public.
