Is it possible to use TestFlight internal testing on the CloudKit development database? I submitted my app to TestFlight for internal testing and it switched to the production environment. I can understand this for TestFlight external beta testing. But for internal it would be much more convenient and less disruptive to use the development database. I can do this with AdHoc builds but if that is the only option then it cetainly removes any convenience of using TestFlight for internal testing. I may as well just collect UDIDs or switch to another test platform.

Sounds like a bug, unless you used a cloud 'production' flag in that app's info.plist?

I would really like to try my database schema with some beta testers before I deploy the schema to production.
I tried setting the entitlements flag for "Development" and deploying for internal testing through TestFlight and it switched to prod. It looks like testing in dev via TestFlight is not possible
