How do you install the: iPhone7,1_9.0_13A4254v_Restore.ipsw on the phone? Shows as an iTunes file, however, when I double-click on it assuming it will open in iTunes. Was wondering if anyone has solution.

Open iTunes, highlight your phone, over on the right you'll see Restore button, option or shiftl-click it, and it should ask you for a filename to restore.
