On iOS 8 does not call any delegate method when this happens:
This In-App purchase has already been bought.
It will be restored for free.
storekit - it will be restored for free
Check again. It would be helpful if you posted whether this was what you got as a result of a second purchase of a non-consumable or as a result of a restoreCompletedTransactions for a non-consumable. In both cases it should call updatedTransactions.
