The developer homepage says that with Xcode 7, a person can run their app on their device, even if they do not have a developer membership.
Do the devices still needed to be added to the portal? Xcode seems to imply that they do, but I would like to clarify because we have a lot of devices (some broken, some lost) and would like to not have to add devices just to test the app (Adding to the portal to install betas is fine)
