who knows how can Download the IOS 10 Beta 2, I am use the IOS 10 Beta now, but I cannot found the beta 1 or the Beta 2.

Read around here. Beta 1 is the first one. The second one will be called beta 2. We are still guessing what the third will be called...

There is actually no other Beta. The beta version you see, is the first beta that was released after the WWDC on the same day. Now all of us are waiting for a second beta

Beta 2 will be released when Apple is ready to seed it out until then we'll have to wait.
