apple support incidents

hello.


I have worked on a game for almost two years (on and off, quite a lot of off actually, but still)

i've put in a vast amount of time and money for equipment etc all in the hope i could build and sell an app.


anyway the game is so close to being finished, but i've just uncovered a horrific bug and I am unable to figure it out, despite much googling and trying things.


My question now is - the developer account comes with 2 support instances included. I have never used that, so... wondering what kind of support can i get with this from apple ? will they examine my code and suggest a fix ?


if not - what will they do ?


and - is there a service somewhere i can pay for to engage a knowledgable developer to assist me with this bug? I have been studying Xcode and iOS dev and Swift since Swift was released June 2014. I mostly enjoy it hugely until i find a nasty bug like this one that is just a complete show stopper (in certain circumstances only)


any idea where i can turn for help!? much appreciated!

DTS support is code level only, so if you have a project that demonstrates the issue, I'd suggest to use one of your tickets. Be patient, tho, and give them time to investigate, etc.
