Can't download iOS 10 beta 2

Hi,

I have an Apple Developer account and an iPad mini, version 1. I am trying to install iOS 10, beta 2 on it, it currently has 9.3.2 installed.

I have tried the following, with no luck:

1. Added my UDID to the list of registered devices in my Apple developer account

2. Downloaded and installed, on the iPad mini, the beta configuration file from developer.apple.com > Discover > iOS

3. Restarted the iPad

4. Gone to Settings > General > Software Update

It checks if there is an update available, and informs me that "Your software is up to date"

I wanted to try installing it via the restore image, available at: https://developer.apple.com/download/, however there is no restore image available for iPad mini, version 1. Will one of the other restore images work?

Or is there another way to get the OTA update to work?

The fist iPad mini (the one with the not retina display and A5 chip) will not get an upgrade to iOS 10. Non of the A5 chip devices get the iOS 10 update, so take a more recent device.
