macOS 10.12 beta 2 System Panic, Thunderbolt Displayer LG 34UM88

After upgrading to the beta 2. I noticed that a system panic during system booting.

The panic caused by TIVCPSerial.kext

The problem can be solved by removing the TIVCPSerial.kext file from /System/Library/Extensions/
