Can not install watchOS 3 beta 2

Same story here with the public beta

Have you tried keeping your Apple Watch awake while installing the configuration profile? Because that's what triggered mine to detect my watch, install the profile, and prompt for a restart.

The trick I think that made mine work is launching Control Center in your watch while you are installing the profile. I think that helps in detecting your watch. I'm currently in the process of downloading watchOS 3 beta 2 on my iPhone.

I'm having same issue except coming from WachOs 2.2.1. Tried every possible combo of installing profile onto watch (installing profile = no luck; erasing watch and then installing = no luck; and uninstalling profile and then installing = no luck)

I'm have the same issue, I've deleted and reinstall the profiles numerous times, Restarted the devices numerous times. Also unpaired and erased all content from my watch & repaired. Still No joy updating to watchOS 3

Keeps telling I'm up-to-date on the latest OS 2.2.1

Installed the profile but still getting 2.2.1 is latest version, tried deleting profiles, hard resets etc but still nothing any help would be greatful.

Same problem, updated to ios10.

Deleted old profile, installed new beta profile.

WAtch restarts, but when i try to look for update its the old ios still.

Have tryed restarts of iPhone and Watch, other posts say to put on VPN but that dont either.

Getting anoyed ;p

Btw: If you have a developer account, is it the same way to install watchOS3 without being realy skilled?

I have the same issue, and have tried what every one has said still won't work

For anyone having update issues ....

Please confirm the following:

- you've updated to iOS 10 Beta 2 first

- you've installed the watchOS Beta profile on Apple Watch

- you've rebooted Apple Watch and iPhone

I have the same problem. I am glad I am not alone. It is very frustrating.

How can you test the beta version if you are not able to update your WATCHOS 3? I cannot see that Apple developers are giving us guidelines to install the WATCHOS?

I have done all scenario's without any luck.
Wipe IOS reinstall the iWatch all options nothing helped.

PLEASE SUPPORT APPLE GIVE US A SOLUTION IN ORDER TO TEST THE WATCH OS 3

AHHH Found the bug !!! Watch OS3 lovers here is the fix. Whenever you update your iOS 9 to iOS 10 Beta, you do it by enrolling your device to your account you use to sign in to the beta program. So the enrollment seems like between your beta program account and profile you download for the first time, which would be Iphone beta profile as you try to update to ios 10 beta first. So next time when you try to get a watchos 3 beta profile using same account, which apparently what most of them will be using (is same iphone and same account which is obvious as watch will be connected to that phone), even though you try to download watchOS beta profile, due to prior enrollment with your iPhone to Beta Program login account, it will download ios beta profile again. if you observe closely, the profile will say ios profile, however watchos profile should say watchOs Beta Configuration profile in watch General > Setings > Profile. This is very silly bug and could easily blind side developers from Apple, as the testing suite will not simulate the device IMEI enrollment with profile.

So short story to fix the issue,

Download WatchOs3 profile (which is a generic profile that has same certification path , hopefully as apple for sure wouldn't like to spend tons of money on beta program CA certs) from the above link. Email it to your iphone or open the link in your iOS device and install. If you observe closely this time your installed profile on Watch App will show watchOS profile agreement blah blah...

and rest of the process as you might have tried a 10 times you might already remeber it by now. All those restarts , resets , unpairs are probably due to some download issues, but this is the fix.

public beta is not yet available for watch OS. i registered a dev account( yes paid the fee ) and installed watch os no problem

On the Watch Settings, you have to make sure that you have BOTH the iPhone Beta Profile installed, AND the WatchOS Beta Profile installed. WatchOS will not update if one or the other in only installed. BOTH have to be installed in order to receive the updates for the latest versions of WatchOS Beta.
