Upgraded to IOS 10 Beta 2 and now my ipad mini 4 LTE doesn't rotate the screen when I change the ipad's orintation.
Is anyone else seeing this as well? I've tried rebooting the ipad, checked the auto rotation lock is not on in the control centre.
Anyone with any other ideas?

Hi, I have the same problem with my iPhone 6 Plus and iPad Air. To get the orientation working again, I lock then unlock the screen.
I have this problem as well on my iPhone6S and iPad Pro 9.7 with iOS 10 Betas. I have not figured out a good way to correct this. Sometimes it seems like I have gotten it to correct by closing all background Apps. I hope it's corrected in iOS Beta 3.
Also on a iPad Mini 4 LTE, though only happens intermittently. I've found what seems to set it off is if I go into an app I previously had open in a different orientation, the app may hang and then I can't rotate the screen until after closing the app from multitasking and then restarting the device. Only seems to happen with App Store apps for me though, the built ins are fine
Have you tried manually changing the orientation using AssistiveTouch?
I have the same problem. Restarting the iPad only helps until the next time it goes into locked screeen mode. Unlocking the screen puts the iPad in portrait mode again.
