I've used my redeem code to download macOS 10.12 Beta, then deleted it from /Applications. In hindsight that was a bad idea. When I press the download button for macOS 10.12 Beta 2 in the developer downloads website, it says the code has already been redeemed. If I look in my Purchased section of the App Store app, I can't see macOS 10.12 Beta2 listed. Do I need another redeem code, or is there some command I can run to make it visible in the Purchased section?
Can't Find macOS 10.12 Beta 2
Exact same thing happened to me. It disappeared and I can't find it in the app store.
it seem that only update to beta 2 from appstore on 10.12 beta 1.
Yes, the update from b1 to b2 works, but a new install to a new Mac directly to b2 dosen't.
Maybe we'll have to wait for b3. That would be anoying.
More like Beta 5 or 6. That's how almost all the previous releases have gone for the past few years.
Usually before final public release you only get 3 full installers.
Beta 1 (used to be called Developer Preview 1 or DP1)
Beta/DP 5 or 6
GM Seed
then final release.
Anyone doing a clean install just has to deal with installing Beta 1 and then running delta updates one after the other until you get current. Apple doesn't divert engineering time to crafting full installers each time during the beta phase.
macOS Sierra Developer Beta suddenly appeared in my Purchases list in App Store. On the timeline, this is post macOS Beta 3 release. Around the same time I've upgraded to OS X El Capitan 10.11.6. I'm not sure if that had any effect in refreshing the My Purchases list in App Store.
