Why isn't my invisible ink for iOS 10 working ? When I send it too someone it says (sent with invisible ink), but when they send it too me it works. Why is that?

This resolved it for me: - In Settings > Messages - Turn iMessage off - Turn imessage on
I'm having the same issue. I cannot send any of the new features (invisible ink, slam, loud, gentle, etc). When I click the arrow and hold down for the 3D touch, nothing happens. I can see when my friend sends the invisible ink but none of the other features.
Turn off REDUCE motion in accessiblity
Go into Settings, General, Accessibility and Turn Off Reduce Motion and Voila. Problem solved

Hi you can use the invisble ink and bubble effects on the 6s by simply ensuring reduced motion is off and switching of 3d touch. This worked for me try it. :) after try switching 3d touch back on and see if they work
