I was wondering if I would need to add stuff like disclaimers and EULA in my app or other things to protect myself from being sued. I have seen it in some apps I'm using. Are there like a standard text I can add so everything will be good?

As far as 'standard' text, you should have your lawyer review the iTunes EULA that every user agrees to.
