When I click on Home from settings app, it has no option anymore to add people to the Home, just a graphic about the Apple TV or iPad as a hub. However, I don't see anywhere to enable the new Apple TV as a hub

Beta 4: I can't control Hue lights anymore from the swipe-up-control-panel. Tells me I have to enable iCloud. iCloud is enabled. Button does nothing.
Edit: My "fault": Home is de-activated in beta 4 by default under iCloud-settings
Mine is turned on but intermittently won't work from command center. What I'm wondering is with inviting others to use home as there are literally no options under Home settings and no instructions for making Apple TV work with it.
