Apple ID name not showing in Developer portal

Hi,
Few days ago I have created Apple id and also purchased apple ios distribution certificate. Then I have changed my name against my apple id but name hasn't been changed in my developer portal account. Here is my apple id account where I have changed my name.


But in my developer portal, it shows the strange combination of name (it has both previous and new name). It shows old first name and new last name. Besides, I want to change 'Agent' field in developer portal.


Is there any way to solve it and change my name and agent name properly?

I am also having issues updating my name.

Account Information -> Apple ID Summary shows the updated name. The upper right hand corner/sign out and emails I receive still show the old name.
