Has anyone that has installed the public beta 3 found that when 3D touching the iMessage "send" arrow that the message effects no longer appear and the 3D Touch is not responding to the firm press?

You need to have Reduce Motion disabled in order for it to work now.
I've had the same issue and couldnt work out why. Thanks for this. I HATE the Motion effects while using the device, hope they bring back the option to use message effects with Reduce Motion turned on!
To be fair, all of these effects have motion. From an accessability standpoint, this change makes a lot of sense.
No not really considering it was working fine with it enabled in beta 1, 2 and 3. These effects are not motion effects but visual effects. If anything they made it this way for users who may not want the new visual effects in their messages can turn them off.
