After i installed ios 9 my cellular data stucked on 3G and every time i change the 3G to LTE it stayed on 3G, is this my problem only becease i didnt see any other topic about this important issue?
If there isnt any solution about it please tell me to report it.

My iPad lost cellular completely (AT&T) and a power-cycle restart fixed the issue.

Sometimes a power cycle works for me, other times I have to do a full reset of Network Settings. Appears to happen after unplugging from a power source and then moving from WiFi to LTE.
