Any time scale on when beta 2 will be out for iOS 9 and WatchOS 2?

It's typically 2 weeks after the first release, so I would expect it around the 22nd of June. With a public beta coming early July you'll see beta 2 come by the 22 and then Beta 3 for public release and developer release by July 1st.

Thanks for that info. Hoping them time scales are correct. Need a better battery life for work
