Can I confirm that Time Capsule doesn't work in latest beta? The Airport Time Capsule shows up in AirPort Utility on reboot but drops a few seconds later. The device remains "green." Shows as online on non-Apple devices.
Time Capsule not working in latest beta
I can confirm my TimeCapsule is gone since beta5.
1. BROKEN: AirPort Utility shows the Time Capsule with the orange triangle warning sign and can't connect there.
2. WORKAROUND: Connecting manually to the Time Capsule does allow to access the Time Capsule Settings, though.
3. GOOD: Finder sees the Time Capsule shares, and connecting manually does get access to the shared drives. This sometimes is broken, and requires a "killall Finder", but that's not new.
4. BROKEN: Time Machine DOES NOT start the backup with the remote disk, no matter what I tried.
I've tried to change the authentication from a "device password" to "disk password" (no changes, as the protocolo is the same, but allows a different password for the disk shares vs. the device config).
Then I've tried to change the authentication to user+password. Even worse. Finder would show no data for the shared disk, but just a dot hidden folder with some "shared something" name. Time Machine still not working.
Besides that, it still works perfectly as the WiFi and Ethernet router.
So I've "just" fully lost Time Machine backups, and the ability to configure it by just clicking on the icon - but can still do it via manual settings.

I've got the same issue on the most recent beta(s). Three different Macs and three iOS devices all connect as usual to the network, but none of them 'see' the TC via Airport Utility. Odd that this is affecting both macOS and iOS.
The same here...also devices on El Capitan? Whats this?
Same Problem here too. Just installed Beta 6, and it still will not connect to Time Capsule. Can't do backups, nor access stored files on Time Capsule. It will not work on my iMac, Mackbook, nor iOS devices. Major issue that really needs to be resloved.
I found a workaround for now to give you access to your files on the Time Capsule, and be able to perform backups for now until they fix the issue.
1) You MUST know the local ip address of your Timecapsule and Password to access it.
2) Using AirPort Utility Select "File" from upper pulldown menu, and select "configure other". Input the local IP address of the Time Capsule (ex. 192.168.0.25) and the password for the Time Capsule and hit OK. That will give you access to the setting just like it was accessable from the AirPort Utility. There you can make changes as you want to your Time Capsule as needed until they fix this issue.
3) Select "Finder", then "GO" from pull down menu on the upper left menu, then select "Connect to Server".
4) In the server address put "afp://(insert Time Capsule local IP Address here)", then out the password for the Time Capsule in the box provided making sure to check the box to save the password to your keychain. It should now open your time capsule files, and also place a link in your finder side window that you will just have to click on as normal for now.
I know this is not a permanant fix, but will give you access to your files and ability to perform backups for the time being until fix is released.
I struggled with this issue for a few hours yesterday/today. After much trial and error, it seems like a possible bug in Back to My Mac settings from what I figured out? If I had any account set in those base station settings, Time Machine would no longer back up and AirPort devices would disappear from my network in AirPort Utility. Even though I still had full internet access. If I cleared those out, Time Machine backups worked as normal on my Time Capsule and all devices showed up consistently in Airport Utility. This was even before updating to Beta 6 today.
Confirmed that removing the accounts from Back-to-my-mac on the Time Capsule did solve this issue - the Time Capsule appears as green on the AirPort Utility, and Time Machine backup is working again! Thanks Tconlo1!
Now I need for the huge backup to finish before re-adding the accounts, to check if it will break again, or if it just needs to be like the joke and "leave and reenter the car again".

This caused me to check. My TC is working with Beta 6. It does say about 13 hours remaining .... but within a minute or so down to 12 hours.
Thanks so much, this was causing me no small anxiety since i use the TC as a NAS. Not sure how this ball got dropped.
For anyone reading, since the TC was completely unseen and inaccessible by Network/Airport Utility/Finder/etc etc, I got the IP of the *router* from Airport Utility (since that still 'saw' the Internet), connected to that IP in Airport Utility by Configuring Other using the password I'd set for the TC earlier, then AirPort Utility 'saw' the TC again. Once I was back in, I removed the Back to My Mac config, just in case that was responsible.
All the data's there, the config is there; I'm just accessing it via afp://[IP] rather than afp://[name of TC]._afpovertcp._tcp.local I was using before.
Also getting the same issues in macOS Sierra Developer Beta 7 but as others have also stated on iOS and a few El Capitan devices which seem strange.
Time Capsule says 'Device Not Found' - I've tried hard resetting my device - it works initially but after updating settings it goes back to Device Not Found.
Any ideas?
