Hi guys,
I got an email on Wed, Aug 1 from Apple saying about "Simplified screenshots" process and I started to have serious sales decrease from that same time. During my investigation of a sales drop I found out that a few screenshots are missing from the iTunes connect (and from the AppStore), clearly after the automated migration that took place from the Apple side on Wednesday.
I submitted a help request to Apple, asking to re-migrate the screenshots if possible or give me ability to populate the missing ones even for the "ready to sale" version, though not sure any of my suggestions will be viable.
Has anyone experienced the same problem by chance? You better check your screenshots anyway...
