why is the "generate" button greyed out when I try to upload my .certSigningRequest file when creating an IOS certificate?

I tried to create a certificate for IOS, followed all the steps to create a CSR, but when I upload the .certSigningRequest file, the "generate" button is till greyed out. Why can't I click generate?

Use a different browser...it worked for me on Google Chrome
