My iOS app uses Auth0 passwordless SMS authentication. Users put in their phone number and receive an authentication code via SMS. Has anyone tried to deploy an app with this type of authentication before? I am concerned that it will be rejected since I am unable to provide a "demo account". Perhaps there is a secret Apple phone # I can configure as a demo account and Apple can use that to receive the authentication code via SMS? That would be the easiest thing.

Hey, I have the same issue. Did you ever figure out what to do with this?
In some cases, the dev creates a demo video, putting it on the 'net where app review can download, then noting the link w/any login in that app's review notes. If review needs more info, the expectation is they will make contact, etc.
