TestFlight builds for 'internal testers' do not need to be reviewed. Builds for 'external testers' do need to be reviewed by TestFlight only. No need to submit the app
How do you submit for beta testing for external users?
I submitted via the prepare for submission section, but it was treated as if it were for the app store, and was rejected.
