In-App purchase using hosted content stuck at "Waiting for Upload"

I have created an In-App Purchase which makes use of the hosted content feature. I am uploading my IAP content with Application Loader, it gives me the green check mark and says everything is fine, but then in iTunes Connect the In-App Purchase is still "Waiting for Upload".


When I click into the IAP it has this message at the top: "This In-App Purchase is not currently available for testing in the sandbox environment because you have chosen to host your content with Apple, but have not delivered your content. Upload your content to test this In-App Purchase in sandbox."


How do I get it to realise that I've uploaded by pkg? This has worked fine for me before.

This issue has resolved itself. Upload is now showing correctly.

Did it change by itself (i.e. your earlier upload went through after a large delay) or did you upload again and had it work?

I'm having the same issue and it still doesn't seem to be working for me.

The earlier upload went through after a delay of about 24 hours.

Ok. I've been trying multiple times since Friday and it still hasn't changed for me.
